The venue spaces at the Hermitage Hotel are top notch! Their newly refreshed grand ballroom is absolutely breathtaking with its high ceilings and dramatic lighting. It's perfect for larger weddings and receptions up to 300 guests. If you're planning a smaller, more intimate affair, the veranda might be more your style. The veranda offers amazing views of the city. It’s this wedding photographer’s dream venue with beautiful natural light pouring in. For the best of both, have your elegant ceremony in the veranda and reception in the grand ballroom.
Planning a destination wedding in Nashville? The accommodations at the Hermitage Hotel are 5 star. Rooms and suites are beautifully decorated with antique furnishings and modern amenities. A beautiful space to get ready for your wedding day, complete with a view of The Tennessee State Capitol. The Hermitage was recently named the #1 Best Hotel in Tennessee and #28 Best Hotel in America by U.S. News and World Report. Trust me, it’s well deserved.
I love shooting at the Hermitage, but it's more than just an incredibly photogenic space. No gatekeeping here, I'm not leaving without a meal. Drusie & Darr by Chef Jean-Georges hosts a romantic atmosphere and carefully curated meals. The crispy sushi and egg toast are my go-to favs. Chef’s two MICHELIN Stars guarantee every item on the menu is amazing. My husband's favorite: the tasting menu.
Be sure to stop by the hotel’s iconic men’s room to freshen up and take a selfie (I like to knock before entering). Have a seat in the presidential chair then visit the ladies room to revel in pink perfection. It's the most instagramable restroom I've ever seen!
