The Aguirre's May Wedding at CMOM
Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Aguirre.
Alex and Kristen celebrated their love with a beautiful spring wedding at the Children's Museum of Memphis. The couple postponed their wedding from 2020. It was a day worth the wait! Just look how happy they are as we bask in the golden sun.
The day began in the bridal suite of CMOM. Kristen's mother, Terry, helped her into her gorgeous gown from Rina's Bridal. She smiled and said "I'm surprised it still fits." It certainly did, like it was made for her. Once dressed, it was time for first looks with the bride.
The bridesmaids, Kristen's father and Alex each stood in awe at their first glimpse of her.
The first look with her father was just precious. Goodness, they are so sweet.
We had the most fun with wedding party portraits around the carousel. There's just something about twinkling lights and carnival rides with your best friends.
The ceremony was held indoors. A beautiful floral install made for the perfect backdrop. The couple mixed colored glass that will be melted into an one of a kind glass sculpture. A unique token of their unity.
The reception was held indoors as well. Party dancing, incredible food, champagne and of course, carousel rides for everyone. Party dancing kicked off with the wedding party. I loved seeing their lavender attire fill the dance floor. The DJ later called for all family to the floor. It ended with a last dance for Kristen and Alex. A newer trend that is really special for the bride and groom. Just as sweet as the first dance, but just the two of them, while guests line up outside. It was a beautiful celebration that ended with a sparkler exit and an after party on Beale Street.
Alex and Kristen chose the KKP All Inclusive Wedding Package which includes an engagement session. We met at the beautiful Botanic Gardens in Memphis, TN. The perfect spot for a color loving couple!
Kristen added a bridal session to her package. A trial run for hair and makeup, a mock bouquet and her perfectly fitted dress. We met at Cedar Hall, a beautiful backdrop for her bridals. Her favorites were printed on display at their reception. A lovely gift for her parents to take home.
Congratulations Alex and Kristen! I loved joining you on this journey. Wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness!!
